To make sushi with sushi rice on the outside, follow the procedure in the video above, with the following exception:
After the rice has been patted flat (and before you lay the filling), gently lift the corners of the nori and flip it over. Now, the rice will be touching the plastic wrap. Fill and roll. Sprinkle outside of sushi roll with toasted sesame seeds if desired. TASTE & SHARE!
