Gluten-Free

Sloppy Joe’s >> Use gluten-free hamburger buns. 

Egg Allergy

Chocolate Pudding >> Instead of the egg yolks, make 1 Follow Your Heart VeganEgg (mix 2 tablespoons of Follow Your Heart’s Vegan Egg with ½ cup water). 

Dairy Allergy

Chocolate Pudding >> Use ½ cup of coconut milk whipping cream instead of heavy cream. Instead of whole milk, use 1 13.5 ounce can of coconut milk (full fat, not light). Use dairy-free butter, such as Earth Balance. Use dairy free chocolate chips.

Vegetarian

Sloppy Joe’s >> Use a plant-based ground “beef” product, such as Beyond Meat Beefy Crumbles. Use a vegan Worcestershire sauce, such as Annie’s.
