Gluten Free
Perfect Pancake Bites >> Use gluten-free flour.
Mini Meatball Sliders >> Use gluten-free breadcrumbs, such as Watusee, and gluten-free buns, such as Udi’s Hot Dog Buns sliced into thirds.

Vegetarian
Mini Meatball Sliders >> Use dairy-free milk, such as soy, almond, rice, or coconut. Use a dairy-free cheese, such as Daiya or Follow Your Heart. In place of meat, use 1 can of mashed beans, (any variety), or lentils.

Dairy Allergy
Strawberry-Yogurt Pops >> Use dairy-free yogurt, such as soy, almond or coconut.
Perfect Pancake Bites >> Use dairy-free milk, such as soy, almond, rice, or coconut, and dairy-free butter, such as Earth Balance. Use dairy-free chocolate chips, such as Enjoy Life.

Vegan
Strawberry-Yogurt Pops >> Use dairy-free yogurt, such as soy, almond or coconut.
Perfect Pancake Bites >> Use dairy-free milk, such as soy, almond, rice, or coconut.  Use dairy-free butter, such as Earth Balance and dairy-free chocolate chips, such as Enjoy Life. Use an egg replacer or a flax egg (1 tablespoons of ground flaxseed meal combined with 3 tablespoons of water for every 1 egg needed).
