Dietary Modifications for Apples Everywhere

Gluten-Free
Apple Hand Pies >> Make an easy gluten-free puff pastry dough, using Bob’s Red Mill Gluten-Free Pie Crust Mix.
Dutch Apple Pancake >> Use a gluten-free flour.

Dairy Allergy
Apple Hand Pies >> Use a vegan puff pastry such as Aussie Bakery.  Use a dairy free ice cream and So Delicious! CoCo Whip instead of whipped cream.
Dutch Apple Pancake >> Use a dairy free milk such as soy or almond.  Use Earth Balance vegan butter.

Vegetarian
Apple Chicken Curry >> Use tempeh cut into chunks, Beyond Meat chicken strips, or seitan in place of chicken.  Use vegetable broth instead of chicken broth.
