Happy National Lemonade Day! Indulge the final days of summer break with a refreshing glass of fresh squeezed lemonade. Your Rad-Kids will love squeezing, stirring and sipping this delicious drink.
6 cups water
1 cup sugar
Basil or mint, for garnish
1. Firmly roll lemons between your hand and the countertop to loosen fibers inside.
2. Cut lemons in half.
3. Juice lemons to make 1 cup of juice.
4. In a large pitcher, combine lemon juice, sugar, and cold water.
5. Adjust water to taste.
6. Serve over ice and garnish with basil or mint leaf.
