Sunshine Lemon Bars >> Use gluten-free flour.

Dairy Allergy

Sunshine Lemon Bars >> Use dairy-free butter (such as Earth Balance).

Crispy Tostadas With Peach Salsa >> Instead of queso fresco, use a soft vegan cheese, such as Kite Hill’s Ricotta.

Vegan

Sunshine Lemon Bars >> Use dairy-free butter (such as Earth Balance). In place of the eggs, use a flax egg (1 tbl flaxseed meal + 2.5 tablespoons water) or a product such as Follow Your Heart’s VeganEgg.
