Gluten-Free

 Hearty Bolognese Sauce >> Use a gluten-free spaghetti.

 I ❤ Breakfast >> Use gluten-free bread.

 Sweetheart Cookies >> Use a gluten-free flour.

 

Dairy Allergy

 Hearty Bolognese Sauce >> Omit the parmesan cheese or use a dairy-free alternative, such as Go Veggie! Foods or Follow Your Heart.

 I ❤ Breakfast>> Use a dairy-free butter, such as Earth Balance.

 Sweetheart Cookies >> Use a dairy-free butter, such as Earth Balance.

 

Egg Allergy

 I ❤ Breakfast>> Omit the eggs.  Instead, blend 1/8 cup of water with ½ teaspoon of The Vegg, (http://thevegg.com), for 30 seconds to create the equivalent of 1 large yolk.  Use in the recipe in place of an egg yolk.  Repeat for multiple yolks.

 

 Vegetarian

Hearty Bolognese Sauce >> Instead of turkey, use tempeh or a plant-based protein, such as Beyond Meat Beefy Crumble.

 I ❤ Breakfast >> Instead of bacon, use a tempeh bacon, such as Lightlife’s Fakin’ Bacon or a soy version, such as Lightlife’s Smart Bacon.

 

Vegan
