Yes! This feature is available starting October 20th under shipping options in checkout. Generally, orders are processed the next business day; however, if you select "Holiday Hold" at checkout, you can purchase your membership now and delay your first shipment. Select "Holiday Hold: Christmas/Hannukah to have your first kit ship by 12/5/2025 or "Holiday Hold: New Year" to have your kit ship by 1/6/2026.

Orders placed by 12/15 with free domestic shipping are estimated to arrive by 12/24. Expedited shipping upgrades are available through 12/22. For APO/FPO, order by 11/30, and for International addresses, order by 12/3, for holiday delivery.

Delays in transit can be caused by external factors, and we cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date. If you placed your order after the holiday shipping deadline, or your kit has experienced unexpected delays, you can print a gift note to let the recipient know that Raddish is on the way!

Place an order by the 18th to receive the current month’s kit. Purchases made on the 19th or later will receive the following month’s kit. Excluding Buy Now, Ship Later purchases. ​See our Holiday Shipping Calendar for more details.

Simply purchase the membership and supply the shipping address for where you intend the first kit to ship to. Then, once the first kit has shipped out (you will receive a shipping confirmation), log in to your account. You can then click on "Edit" next to your membership, and there you can update the address for subsequent kits. Addresses will just need to be updated by the 23rd of the month prior, to make sure the next month's kit is routed to the correct address.

If you have already placed your order and want to make adjustments to the shipping address of your first kit, please reach out to us at hello@raddishkids.com or 310-450-3462. Kits shipping immediately may not be able to update their address once the order has been placed- reach out right away so we can do our best to help.

Your first kit will ship out on the next business day, unless you select to delay your first shipment until 12/5 or 1/6/26 during checkout (under shipping options). If you selected delayed shipping, expect a tracking email within 72 hours of your selected shipping date.

After the first kit ships, subsequent kits will ship out with an expected delivery date between the 5th and the 10th of each following month. We try our best to have all of our members receive their kits around the same time, so that our community can share the same experiences at the same time! While delays can of course occur during transit, we do our best to ensure that our monthly delivery dates are as close to this window as possible.

To sign up for an additional membership, you can visit our Join page and go through the same sign up process for each additional membership. If you use the same billing email address for both accounts, your memberships will be linked within your billing portal.

At checkout, you can add a personalized gift message and choose to share order tracking details directly with the recipient. You can also download a printable gift note here to slip into an envelope or wrap with the gift under the tree.

All of our memberships automatically renew, but that renewal can easily be cancelled right after purchasing. Once you purchase, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to your account portal. You can then log in and cancel your auto-renewal by clicking "edit" on the right hand side of the subscription. On the next screen you will have the option “Cancel My Renewal”. Note that kits will continue to ship for the remainder of your prepaid term.

Ingredients are not included in Raddish kits. This makes Raddish more affordable and sustainable. It also allows families to customize recipes with ingredients of their choice, encourages kids to participate in grocery shopping, and ensures you can cook recipes anytime you wish with fresh ingredients.

We email a shopping list for each month's recipes before your kit is shipped. (See a sample.) Ingredient lists are also available in your free Raddish+ account on any mobile device. Typically all ingredients can be found at traditional grocery stores.
