Heat white chocolate chips and oil in microwave-safe bowl until melted, 30-60 seconds. Stir well. 2. Hold a strawberry by its top and dip in melted white chocolate. Set on parchment-lined baking sheet. 3. Immediately add chocolate chip eyes and mouth. Repeat with remaining strawberries. 4. Let strawberries rest until chocolate sets, about 10 minutes.
