Strawberry-Yogurt Pops February 20, 2020 Jump to RecipePrint Recipe Tools cutting board knife measuring spoons blender small bowl dry measuring cups foil ice pop mold wooden pop sticks Ingredients 1 quart (16 oz) strawberries 1 cup plain yogurt 3 Tbsp sugar ½ tsp vanilla Steps 1. Cut stems off strawberries. Chop berries into medium pieces. 2. Add strawberries to blender. Sprinkle sugar on top. 3. Set canister aside for 5 minutes while the berries become soft and juicy. Continue to Step 4. 4. Add yogurt, sugar, and vanilla to small bowl. Stir well. 5. Scoop 2 Tbsp yogurt into each square, filling molds halfway. 6. Return to the strawberries. Blend or pulse 5-10 times until berries become a chunky liquid. 7. Pour strawberry mixture into small bowl. 8. Scoop strawberry mixture into each square, filling mold to the top. 9. Make swirled pops – zigzag a toothpick through each cube or make layered pops – do not stir. 10. Carefully cover ice pop mold with foil. 11. Insert a wooden stick into the middle of each cube. 12. Set mold on a flat surface inside the freezer. Freeze for 4-6 hours until set. TASTE & SHARE!
