Substitutions

At Raddish, we strive to accommodate the needs of all families. Below please find some recommended substitutes for our Rad-Families with dietary restrictions. Measurements may vary based on substitute.

Gluten-Free 

Herbed Focaccia >> use gluten-free flour (in place of all-purpose flour)

Meatballs al Pomodoro >> use gluten-free breadcrumbs (in place of regular breadcrumbs), use quinoa pasta (in place of regular pasta), 

Chocolate Chip Biscotti >> use gluten-free flour (in place of all-purpose flour)

Dairy Allergy

Meatballs al Pomodoro >> use non-dairy cheese, such as Parma (in place of Parmesan cheese)

 Vegetarian 

Meatballs al Pomodoro >> use ENER-G egg replacer (in place of eggs), use black beans, lentils or quinoa (in place of ground beef)

Chocolate Chip Biscotti >> use ENER-G egg replacer (in place of eggs)
