Cheesy Kale Chips

Did you know that soft leafy kale can be cooked into a crunchy chip?  Try the recipe below!  The heat of the oven dries out the kale and makes it crisp.  Sprinkle with salt, pepper and cheese for a RAD-snack. Recipe is available for download here

Ingredients:

- 2 bunches of kale

- 2 Tbsp olive oil

- Pinch of salt & pepper

- 4 Tbsp freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Tools:

- Measuring spoons

- 2 cookie sheets

Steps:

1.  Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

2.  Tear kale leaves away from the midrib and into bite-size pieces.

3.  Divide kale pieces between two cookie sheets.  Toss in olive oil.  Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

4.  Bake kale for 12 minutes.

5.  Remove kale from oven and top with cheese.  TASTE & SHARE!
