Apple Cider Chicken >> Use gluten-free flour instead of regular flour.
Cornbread With Maple Bacon Butter >> Use gluten-free flour instead of regular flour.
Pumpkin Crunch Breakfast Parfait >> Use gluten-free oats, or make sure the rolled oats you use have not been contaminated by being processed in a facility that also processes wheat.
Dairy Allergy

Cornbread With Maple Bacon Butter >> Use a non-dairy milk such as almond, rice, coconut, or soy. Use a dairy-free butter, such as Earth Balance. Instead of an egg, use an egg replacer such as Follow Your Heart’s VeganEgg, Ener-G Egg Replacer, or a flax egg (mix 1 tablespoon of ground flaxseed meal with 2.5 tablespoons of water and allow to sit for 5 minutes). Use a plant-based bacon (such as Lightlife, Sweet Earth, Tofurky, or Upton’s Natural) or coconut bacon bits, such as Phoney Baloney’s Coconut Bacon.
