Snack Shack Sliders >> Use gluten-free breadcrumbs and gluten free hot dog buns (such as Udi's), cut into thirds (in place of dinner rolls).
Dairy Allergy
Chop Shop Salad >> Use Daiya mozzarella style shreds or Follow Your Heart Mozzarella cheese, chopped into cubes.
Snack Shack Sliders >> Use Follow Your Heart or Daiya cheese slices.
Ice Cream Parlor Sandwiches>> Use dairy free chocolate chips. Use dairy free butter, such as Earth Balance. Use almond milk, coconut milk, rice milk, or soy milk ice cream instead of dairy ice cream.
Vegetarian
Chop Shop Salad >> Omit salami or use Field Roast or Tofurkey deli slices in place of salami.
