Kitchen Kid’s ever-popular Restaurant Camp is back for another exciting summer!
Chefs will immerse themselves in every step of the process as they open and operate their very own restaurants. Campers (aka budding restaurateurs!) will choose the concept and name, design the decor, create a menu and logo, learn restaurant jobs and etiquette, create, cook, and serve their signature dishes to friends and family at the conclusion of camp on Friday.
With two different menu options to choose from, campers can attend multiple weeks of Restaurant Camp and have vastly different and enriching experiences.
Hours: 9am – 3pm
Ages: Campers entering 3rd – 8th grades; Because of our small class size, excellent ratio, and shared passion for cooking, this diverse age range has proven beneficial and compatible.
Throughout the week, campers will prepare delicious recipes as they safely learn kitchen fundamentals, palate development, and culinary techniques.
NOTE: Both Menu A and Menu B are built around the exact same program structure, with the purpose of having different assortments of recipes for campers who wish to attend multiple weeks. Additionally, both menus will a feature a new variety of recipes than those found in our 2017 programs! Choose the one that works best for your schedule!
