Apple Pie à la Mode >> Use gluten-free flour instead of regular flour.

Savory Stuffin’ Muffins >> Use a gluten-free high-quality bakery bread. 

 

Dairy Allergy

Apple Pie à la Mode >> Use a dairy-free butter, such as Earth Balance. Use a dairy-free ice cream, such as So Delicious or Almond Dream. Use a dairy-free milk, such as almond, rice, soy, or coconut.

Homestyle Whipped Potatoes >> Use a dairy-free butter, such as Earth Balance. Use a dairy-free milk, such as almond, rice, soy, or coconut.

For garlic and Parmesan mix-ins, use a dairy-free Parmesan cheese, such as Follow Your Heart. For sour cream and chives mix-ins, use a dairy-free sour cream, such as Tofutti. For bacon and cheese mix-ins, use a dairy-free cheddar cheese, such as Daiya.

Egg Allergy

Savory Stuffin’ Muffins >> Instead of 2 eggs, use one of the following options:

  • Mix 2 tablespoons of flaxseed meal with 6 tablespoons of water. Refrigerate for 15 minutes and then stir into the recipe as you would the eggs
  • Mix 4 tablespoons of Follow Your Heart VeganEgg with 1 cup of cold water. Whisk vigorously and then stir into the recipe.

 

Vegetarian
