Food Is Art Lesson Plan

At Raddish, we believe the kitchen is the tastiest place to learn!  And Raddish is a terrific supplement to your homeschool curriculum. Substitutions

At Raddish, we strive to accommodate the needs of all families. Below please find some recommended substitutes for our Rad-Families with dietary restrictions. Measurements may vary based on substitute.

Gluten-Free 

Doodle Noodle Bowls >> use quinoa pasta or other gluten-free pasta (in place of whole wheat pasta), Bragg liquid aminos all purpose seasoning (in place of soy sauce).

Painted Pastry Fruit Tart >> use gluten-free flour (in place of all-purpose flour)

Dairy Allergy

Carved Cucumber Boats >> use extra-firm tofu, soaked in saltwater (in place of feta)

Painted Pastry Fruit Tart >> use Earth Balance (in place of butter), dairy-free cream cheese, such as Tofutti (in place of cream cheese)
